If you are not satisfied with your full residential inspection, we'll refund you the cost for your inspection within the first 3 days of the inspection. A 90-Day warranty provided by InterNACHI is also included with every full inspection.
Our services include a complete visual examination of the foundation, roof, and attic, heating/air conditioning and water systems, electrical and plumbing systems as well as the general condition of the structure itself.
Our inspectors will look for poor construction practices and make note of any repairs that might be required or any general maintenance issues.
We carry $2 Million in Liability and $1 Million in errors and omission insurance for your added peace of mind. This far exceeds the state requirement of $300,000. This also meets any requirements set by builders.
At 5 Star, we continue supporting our customers after the inspection. Clients may contact us with questions for as long as they own the home. We also provide additional benefits designed to enhance the home-buying experience.
