★★★★★ I have never written a review for anyone or any company EVER, but Steven deserves a 10 star rating if I could give him one. As first time home buyers me and my wife were very nervous and wanted the best inspection on the house we wanted to make sure this was the right one and we weren't going to regret anything in the future. Along and highly recommended came Steven. He was such a professional that within the first 2 minutes of meeting and talking about the property I knew he was the highly detailed and thorough inspector we wanted and needed. He explained everything, answered ALL questions we had, gave us details on the couple of little things he found along with recommendations on how to fix them and how to maintain everything else in great condition. The report was also very detailed with pictures and shows how in-depth this man goes. This was such a relief!, words cannot describe the sense of ease he gave us.
