Platinum Roof Protection Plan
For a period of 5 years following the inspection, the Platinum Roof Protection Plan protects against new leaks in the roof of the home. After the deductible, repairs up to $3,000 are covered.

Offered for a period of 90 days following the date of the inspection, SewerGard covers your water line and sewer line against failure due to normal wear and tear.
MoldSafe
If mold is found in your home that was not present at the time of inspection, you are covered for remediation, up to $2000
